Vendor Attitude
Just a quick note to vendors...
It's her dream day. The Bride is getting married TODAY. This woman has been preparing and preparing and preparing for THIS DAY. She's invested her money and her dreams into YOUR SERVICE to help make this a perfect day (work with me on the 'perfect' motif).
PLEASE MAKE HER DAY SPECIAL.
Yesterday & several weeks ago I witnessed a photographer (yes, same guy) who was less-than-patient and somewhat rude to the bride and her bridal party. Needless to say it caused BOTH brides to evoke feelings of anxiousness & undue stress.
YOU DO WEDDINGS EVERY WEEKEND, but she's getting married TODAY.
PLEASE MAKE HER DAY SPECIAL.
Despite what your services are, don't forget why you're there. It's more than a paycheck.
Pay attention to your Attitude. It's contagious. Not to mention it could ruin your business if you develop a reputation.
